Failing Faster: The Counterintuitive Path to Elite Performance

The story

In 2016, a diving accident broke his neck. What he rebuilt afterward is what he now speaks about.

2016

The impact

A diving accident caused extreme damage to Jordan’s neck and head. Doctors were not sure what recovery would look like.

2016–2021

The rebuilding

A broken neck, a traumatic brain injury, and chronic Lyme. Five years of patient, unglamorous work to put a life back together.

Rebuilt

More than recovery

He founded HatchPath, a transformational coaching platform approaching 10,000 coaching sessions, with over 500 member testimonials and partnerships including NCH Healthcare, John R. Wood, and the American Heart Association.

Today

The work

His talks are built on one hard-won belief: the people who give the most to others rarely invest in themselves. His mission is to change that, at scale, for the audiences who need it most — leaders, founders, caregivers, and high performers running on empty.

“Father first, husband second, business owner third. I have that backwards with hustle culture, on purpose.”

Husband to Lauren, father of two young boys, based in Naples, Florida.
